The Fundraising Network ("Network") takes your privacy very seriously and is committed to No Spam.

Links on the Network

Please be aware that the Network and its Partner Sites provide links to many different fundraising organizations. Once you link from the Network to another Web site, the Network is not responsible for the content of the Web site or the validity of the opportunity. We simply do our best to provide you with as many alternatives as possible.

Requesting Free Links on the Network: If you request a free link on the Network, the Network may contact you from time to time regarding new or other services we offer.

Personal Information

You can visit Network on the Web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified), you can be assured that it will only be used to allow us to serve you, our customer, better.

The Network will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data you provide online with other Network entities and/or business Partners who are acting on our behalf to provide the services directly related to the purpose and scope of the Network such as providing fundraising information (see “Fundraising Information Requests” below). Such Network entities and/or business partners are also governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of this information.

Our desire is for the Network to be a service you. In order to provide you with excellent products, current information and quality customer service we record several types of information from your visit to our site. We record information indicating which site pages you viewed, and any search terms you used to find our site. We also record your email address if you chose to communicate with us by email. When we offer online surveys, we obviously will record any information you choose to give us. In all cases, we do not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide it voluntarily via one of our online forms.

Fundraising Information Requests

Requesting Fundraising Information: When you submit your information to us, you agree to allow your information to be forwarded to the sponsors of the Network. Each of them will send you information about their opportunity. While some sponsors may contact you more than once to try to better meet your fundraising needs, they have been instructed not to send you duplicate emails or abuse the privilege of contacting you.

Removal Instructions

Removal from Sponsor Lists: If you wish for an organization to no longer contact you, please contact that individual organization and you will be removed immediately.

Removal from Fundraising Network Lists: Please add your email address to the No Email List (see “No Email List” below). Your email will automatically be removed from the TFN database.

No Email List

TFN maintains a No Email List. If you add your email address to this list, your email is automatically removed from the TFN database. In addition, our sponsors are required to stop all email contact with you unless you have contacted them directly for their information. Please recognize that while the change to our database is immediate, it may take longer for our sponsors to remove you from their lists.

To have your email address added to our No Email List, please use our contact form.

TFN is not responsible for our Sponsors removing your email from their lists. However, if you have added your email to the No Email List using our contact form, and you are still receiving email from one or more sponsors, please forward the emails to support@fundraisingnetwork.org so that we can investigate the situation and respond per the section below entitled, "Remedies for Problems."

Remedies for Problems

Sponsors: If a sponsor abuses the privilege of contacting you, please click here to contact us so that we can investigate the situation promptly.

The Network: If you receive email from the Network or its Partners after you have requested removal, please click here to contact us, and we will verify that your address has been removed.

The Fundraising Network periodically sends out a fundraising newsletter with great information and tips about doing fundraisers and getting the most out of them. It also provides ideas for fundraisers as well as spotlights on fundraising companies you might not have considered or even heard of. The site www.fundraisingnetwork.org is owned and operated by U.S. Consumer Net, Inc. ("USCNi") Partner sites may or may not be owned and/or operated by USCNi. If USCNi owns a Partner site, the site will be clearly marked at the bottom of the homepage.
